TLINC Research, Reports, and Articles
The TLINC project has contracted with the Metiri Group to provide program evaluation services. Metiri provides NCTAF with an evaultion report for each year of the project. The evaluation uses surveys (baseline and end of year), qualitative data from focus groups, and interviews conducted through site visits, and quantitative date from the online TLINC site in order to gauge usage and growth.
The project team also prepares an annual report for the funders, The Fund for Postsecondary Education (FIPSE).
In addition to the program evaluations, articles have been written about the project and by members of the project.
