The National Commission on Teaching and America's Future works with a growing number of state coalitions around the country. Each state has built a network of members representing a variety of organizations and agencies. These coalition members work together to implement policies and programs NCTAF has identified as critical elements that support the goal of moving education into the 21st century.
NCTAF is eager to build coalitions in every state. The state coalition network offers a place for like-minded groups to share agendas and best practices. Partnership with NCTAF offers a number of benefits, including: networking opportunities with others across the country who share a similar agenda; opportunities to participate in demonstration sites funded through NCTAF partners; and useful tools, including the NCTAF policy inventory framework.
