Hanna Doerr

Hanna Doerr is a Program Manager at NCTAF. Ms. Doerr manages the daily operations of project activities and assists with the state coalition network. Prior to joining NCTAF, Ms. Doerr served as a Program Associate at DC VOICE, a community-based organization whose mission is to inform and mobilize the public to hold both the schools and the community accountable for providing high quality teaching and learning for all children in the District of Columbia. She has also worked in a variety of settings to improve the outcomes for children, including in Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office focusing on the reauthorization of the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, at the Forum for Youth Investment, and as a founding board member of Anacostia Coming Together. Ms. Doerr received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and her masters in Public Policy from The George Washington University.
